Group Enrollment Means Easy Enrollment
To enjoy the benefits of SilverScript you will not need to do anything. SilverScript has teamed up with Community Services Network of West Tennessee, Inc. (CSN) to automatically enroll you in the SilverScript Community Services Network of West Tennessee, Inc. (CSN) Plan, making the enrollment process convenient and time saving. Once your enrollment has been confirmed and approved by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the organization that runs Medicare, we will send you a member ID card. You will also receive information on your new Medicare Part D prescription drug plan. Options for Filling Your Prescription!
Retail – With more than 62,000 network pharmacies nationwide, most likely your current pharmacy is in our network. You can find your nearest network pharmacy by using the Quick Links Pharmacy Locator. If your local pharmacy is not in our network, please contact Customer Care at 1-888-816-7677, they are always glad to help. It is important to use a network pharmacy for complete prescription coverage. You may use an out-of-network pharmacy for emergencies, but coverage is dependent upon review and, in some cases, we may not pay for your prescriptions.
Mail – Your mail order prescriptions will be filled by a CVS Caremark Mail Service Pharmacy. Caremark mail pharmacies have 21 years of experience providing mail pharmacy services with over 1,000 registered pharmacists and pharmacy technicians working at one of their seven technically sophisticated mail service and 21 specialty pharmacies to ensure that your prescription meets clinical adherence guidelines. Be sure to have your SilverScript identification card handy to include your identification number when placing your order online at www.caremark.com, by phone, or mail order.
